This is a good sounding RCA 74B Jr. Velocity ribbon microphone. It looks like it has been repainted sometime in its life

and has had the ribbon replaced in 1979 with added ribbon wind protection (see last photo)

It comes with 12 inch cord / connector and the mic stand adapter.
