This is the swivel mount for an RCA 74B Jr velocity microphone.
It screws onto the bottom of the microphone and swivels just like the original.
It is tapped out for a 1/2" pipe thread so it can fit the original RCA mic stand.
You would need an adaptor to use on modern mic stands.
All dimensions are identical to the original.
