This is the Type 91-B shown from the front with its 1/2 inch pipe thread ready for any RCA microphone
with out having to use an adapter. If you are wanting to install a modern microphone with the 5/8 27
threads than you will need an adapter and if you want it taller than you need to screw on more risers.
This is like or better than the real thing, you will not find a better replica anywhere.
They are all hand made in America from the same type of materials as the original.
This has the satin chrome over brass and the lacquer gloss umber over cast iron.
It has felt pads on the bottom in the same shape as the original 91-B so it will not
scratch the furniture that it will be sitting on.
This RCA type 91-B was one of the first desk strands to come out and
was made from the 40's to the early 50's and are slightly thinner than the other 2 models.
