This is a good working Ampex Fine Line model F

This is a good working Ampex Fine Line model F-44 in case so the system model is F 4460. It is too bad that the finish on the
face plate has that corrosion that happens on all of them because it sure does sound good. It is Ampexes last tube type consumer: model they made. It is 1/4 inch 1/4 track stereo7 inch reel 2 speed ( 3 3/4 & 7 1/2 ips) It has 2 microphone inputs and they work good also.
It has been biased for Ampex 632 and has been aligned and tested for a day (sounded so good I had a hard time taking off my bench): Someone hard wired a newer power cord to it so it can not be removed.
