This is a good sounding Klipsch KP-201-A It has little wear for one this age and is

a 12 inch 3 way bass reflex sound reinforcement load speaker.

The drivers and cone look and sound to be in excellent condition.

The wear spot on the right is the worst spot I found as seen below.

as seen below there is a tri pod socket.
