This is a good working PR&E Multilimiter. I put new power supply caps in it and tested it and it works good.
These are great limiters for on air or can be used in a recording studio. It has a wide range of adjustments and  can
be paired with another unit for stereo operation. I can send a Xreox copy of the manual. 
These are well made with Jensen transformers like the UREI limiters. This one has smaller meters on the left than my other 3
