This is a replica of the shock mount found on the RCA PB-31, 44A or some PB-90's
This one is finished in antique bronze and has the mounting hardware for the 44A so if
you have the PB type fork you will need the additional flange and longer bolt.
It does not come with the cable clamp, but is drilled and taped to accept one.
