This is a McCurdy SA-143 monitor amp switcher with what looks to be a dubbing section. I do not have the manual
so I have not tested it. It lights up when I turn it on and I can hear a little static come from the speaker when I turn
the monitor gain up so I think it is working. If you had the time you could take the cover off and figure out the inputs and outputs.
